Responsible for social media communications and client support primarily with Instagram and Facebook and other social media platforms. To be successful you must have a passion for customer service, creativity, visual and written communication. This position will assist with quality control, analytics / reporting, scheduling and posting social media.

We are a young full-service marketing firm located in Atlanta, GA with founding partners who have diverse and deep experience in business consulting, strategy development and implementation, event planning, advertising, public relations and social media. Our firm is looking for a professional to fill the role of Marketing Assistant responsible for supporting the implementation of social media marketing plans, campaign development, and analyzing effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, detail-obsessed self-starter with passion for marketing and everything digital. We are looking for a quick thinker on our Marketing team who is flexible, adaptable and able to assist with administrative duties as well as:

  • Create and manage day-to-day social media content while maintaining brand images and identity
  • Assist in the editorial calendar development for multiple social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.
  • Create and curate content for social media postings, including copy-writing
  • Manage scheduling, posting, creative asset development and all other aspects of running a dynamic program
  • Review and analyze data and create monthly reports to provide insight into marketing performance and to guide future month’s strategy
  • Updating website content and contributing to site optimization for search and user experience.
  • Assist with distribution of monthly email newsletters

Qualifications:

  • Social and/or editorial writing samples encouraged with your submission
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ability to maneuver Social Media channels, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to write engaging short-form copy and captions
